No customer Service!!!

I ordered CE Ferulic , I paid and ordered two but they sent me only one .I have emailed them several times, filled out the online enquiry form even called the dermatology office. No one has responded even after 10 day. Seems like I lost my money . They don't have customer support system. No one responds .****Think twice before you order .***

Hard to reach customer service to resolve issue

I had ordered two products from BestDerm - sunscreen and Skinceuticals C E ferulic. The Skinceuticals arrived defective and it was difficult finding help to correct this issue. I tried responding to my order email, went to the website and filled out the form, texted the number on the website, and even called my dermatologist office. There was no response for several days. When I finally got a response, the agent offered to replace the Skinceuticals product as they got a new shipment. I accepted the offer. I mailed back the defective product, however, I am still waiting on my replacement. It has been over a week and the tracking number provided states the status as "label created". Fedex still has not received the product that is to be shipped to me. I emailed customer service AGAIN and still awaiting response. Would be nice to be able to talk to an agent to get this issue resolved. The Skiinceutical C E Ferulic is quite expensive and I am really disappointed with this entire experience.

Delivered to hot mailbox

I live in the desert where it's 108 degrees & delivery was put in my mailbox. Product was hot when I opened it so not sure if it will work. I remember this C serum as moisturizing & dewey but this is not.

This product is amazing. It brightens my skin, and has given a refreshing hydrated look. Ive only used this product for a couple of weeks so i dont see a big difference in my dynamic crows feet just yet.
