Skin Cancer, Take A Hike!

Dr. Hamman from our La Jolla office explains that the new technology that tests for cancerous lesions without taking an invasive biopsy.

UVA rays are present all year round, despite the ambient temperature. UVA rays can cause skin cancer and premature aging of the skin. Often patients will come into the dermatology center and find that a little bump on their face or on their arm is actually early skin cancer.
